Google at HLTH – A Living, Breathing Space in a Sea of White
At the 2024 HLTH conference, Google broke from the expected and brought something refreshingly human to the show floor. While many booths leaned into sterile, white minimalism, our space offered a bold counterpoint—lush, immersive, and unmistakably alive.
As Creative Director and lead designer, I spearheaded the concept and execution of this transformative environment. The booth was designed to feel more like a living ecosystem than a traditional tech space, with plants cascading from floor to ceiling, warm textures, and thoughtful lighting that invited attendees to slow down and stay awhile.
Rather than showcasing technology in a cold, clinical format, we chose to embody care, calm, and connection—turning the booth into a sensory-driven experience that truly stood out at HLTH. To call it a standout would be an understatement—it became a destination.
This project reflects Google’s growing focus on human-centered design, and the power of spatial storytelling to shift perception in a meaningful, memorable way.
