Google at HLTH – A Living, Breathing Space in a Sea of White
At the 2024 HLTH conference, Google broke from the expected — bringing something refreshingly human to the show floor. In a sea of sterile, white minimalism, our space stood out as a bold counterpoint: lush, immersive, and undeniably alive.
As Creative Director and lead designer, I led the charge on this transformative environment, from concept through execution. We wanted the booth to feel less like a piece of tech infrastructure and more like a living ecosystem — with plants cascading from floor to ceiling, warm textures, and thoughtful, layered lighting that invited people to pause, take a breath, and really take it all in.
Instead of showcasing technology in the usual cold, clinical way, we leaned into care, calm, and connection — creating a sensory-driven experience that turned heads and drew crowds. It didn’t just stand out at HLTH — it became a true destination on the floor.
This project is a great example of what excites me most about experiential design: using space and story to shift perception in a way that’s meaningful, memorable, and deeply human.
