Google Next 2019 came alive as a vibrant, high-energy environment — celebrating innovation through bold color, dynamic architecture, and hands-on, immersive experiences.
That year, my main focus was leading the design of the Developer Space — a dedicated zone created specifically for the developer community. But this wasn’t just another place to sit and learn; we set out to design an active, collaborative hub where developers could roll up their sleeves, write code, test tools, chat with product teams, and engage with the technology in real time.
Every detail — from the flow and layout to the materials and activation points — was designed to spark creativity, focus, and discovery. The result was a functional work zone that didn’t just work—it buzzed with energy, curiosity, and the sense of possibility that defines the developer spirit.
